XceCo’s Managing Director and co-founder – Bailey Bradley has 21 years of energy industry experience, most recently as Operations Director at XceCo Ltd. Bailey’s leadership has been vital in shaping XceCo into a top-tier renewable energy asset management firm, notably overseeing the transition of the Lynn and Inner Dowsing offshore wind farms from Centrica, while his broader contributions drive positive change within the industry.

Prior to co-founding XceCo, Bailey was the Head of Commercial and Operational Excellence at Centrica managing a portfolio of responsibilities including major non engineering projects.

Bailey’s experience saw him in various roles across Centrica, in numerous business units, contributing in technical, commercial, IS, customer facing and strategic projects and roles.
